Nuevo Amanecer farm is composed of 24 producers. It was formed in 2023 as part of the technical support strategy of the Producción para el Bienestar program. The group began producing and applying organic bio-inputs to increase coffee yields and quality. They have a small bio-inputs factory and a solar dryer. The name Café Nuevo Amanecer emerged in 2023, reflecting their identity as a new group eager to work and produce specialty coffee. For the 2024–2025 harvest, they plan to work with experimental coffees.
