Brazil’s Sul de Minas region is one of the country’s most traditional coffee-growing areas, known for its fertile soils, favourable altitude, and stable climate. The rolling hills and microclimates allow for gradual cherry maturation, resulting in coffees with balanced acidity, natural sweetness, and a smooth body.
